Hi, I'm Chris Martin.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Brokers Wedge! Let me introduce myself....

In 2002 I started my career as an insurance broker where I got my first job working for an insurance agency located in Brookfield, WI. I spent 14 years at that agency helping small to medium sized businesses offer employee benefits to their employees. During my time at this agency I not only managed my own book of business, but I also partnered with other agents in our office who needed assistance in selling and enrolling ancillary benefit programs.

Because of the success I had in partnering with these agents, I left the brokerage side of the business in 2015 to start my own employee benefits enrollment and communication company called Benefit Awareness. Within this company, I help insurance brokers enroll and communicate employee benefit programs.

In addition to providing Benefit Awareness, I recently accepted a position with National Insurance Partners Corporation to recruit, train, educate and appoint brokers who are looking to differentiate themselves by adding our alternate funded health benefit solutions to their product offering.
